Amediate, LLC is a small woman-owned business offering consultant services in conflict management at every level throughout an organization by designing and facilitating customized systems that support a self mediating environment. We accomplish this through formal/informal training and on site facilitation while keeping our clients updated on organizational trends surrounding workplace concerns. Our services are provided to public agencies, non-profit organizations and industry and business.

Sharon Harrington

Sharon Harrington leads the operations of Amediate, LLC., as a principal and Managing Organizational Communication Consultant. Through her commitment and dedication she has worked to assist organizations in navigating conflict by facilitating workplace learning in self-mediating skills, investigating elevated claims of workplace discrimination and mediating conflict in efforts of resolution. She has been credited in her ability to objectively listen and gather information that tells the complete and factual story, thus creating an environment where she is highly trusted by both sides of the conflict.

Michelle Williams-Reynolds is an activist, community organizer, public speaker, and urban planner from the South Bronx, New York, with over 25 years of social justice leadership experience in low-income communities of color. Her life’s work has been dedicated to creating and implementing community- economic and racial justice, democratic change, youth organizing, unifying women and men supporting the leadership of communities of color.

Donna serves business operations including processes, personnel, and financials. She is also a Certified Executive and Personal Development Coach with over 25 years of experience in human resources and business. She specializes in coaching strategies, equipping leaders with the tools needed to move forward and grow.
Dr. Yuri Tuppince
Dr. Yuri Tuppince Affiliate Consultant​
Dr. Yuri Tuppince is the founder and Chief Learning Officer of Peak Performance Professional Development and creator of The PEAK Method. A former corporate executive, she has taught over 5,000 military and law enforcement leaders as a graduate faculty member and mentored 25+ doctoral candidates. With over 20 years of experience across education, law enforcement, military, and executive search, Dr. Tuppince focuses on developing leadership, enhancing self-awareness, and guiding career progression through her coaching and mentoring programs.
