Refund policy. If Amediate, LLC, cancels this event, your money will be fully refunded no later than five business days after the originally scheduled date.
- If you decide to cancel at least ten business days before the event, notify Amediate, LLC in writing at [email protected], and your money will be fully refunded minus a $35 processing fee from Amediate, LLC. Eventbrite fee is non-refundable.
- If you cancel your registration with written notification less than ten business days before the event, you may: A) substitute someone else in your place and provide the name and contact information for replacement. B) request the credit be used for a future course offered by Amediate, LLC., or C) receive a 50% refund of paid registration or P.O. # amount.
